Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We will never add you to a mailing list or share your details with third parties as a result of a contact form submission. Message metadata (sender, recipient, subject, delivery status) is temporarily processed and logged by Resend, our email delivery provider, for up to 30 days. The message itself is delivered to our inbox and handled confidentially.

Mailing List

If you subscribe to the Zealous Creative or Rockageddon mailing list, we collect your email address. We use this to send updates about new releases and news. We will never share your address with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly. Mailing list data is managed via Kit.com and retained until you unsubscribe.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. This service collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region level). Analytics tracking only activates if you accept cookies via the consent banner on your first visit. If you reject non-essential cookies, GA4 is disabled entirely for your session and future visits. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Purchases

Digital film purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. For information on how Stripe handles your data, refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
