Zealous Creative sells digital film downloads subject to the following terms:

• Downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Public screenings, festival exhibitions, gallery installations, or other non-personal uses require prior written permission from Zealous Creative. If you are interested in screening one of our films at an event, please contact us — we consider all requests on a case-by-case basis. Permission is never automatic and is granted solely at our discretion.
• All digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once a download has been made available.
• Downloads are provided in the format described on the product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or software.
• In the event of a technical failure on our end preventing successful delivery, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Books & Physical Products

Books by Zealous Creative are available through third-party retailers. Links to purchase are provided on individual book pages on this site. Zealous Creative is not a party to those transactions — all purchases, shipping, and returns are governed by the relevant retailer's terms and conditions.

5. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Zealous Creative does not store your credit card information. By placing an order you confirm you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to the site. In the case of an unfounded chargeback, you agree to reimburse Zealous Creative for fulfillment costs and associated chargeback handling fees.
